Courier delivery
- We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier.
- The courier fee is R99 per invoice, not per lot, so winning several lots in one auction costs one courier fee.
- A few large or heavy lots carry their own courier fee, shown on the lot page. If your invoice includes one, the highest courier fee among your lots applies, still charged once.
- Choose one of your saved addresses on the invoice page, or add a new one under Account › Addresses.
- We pack and dispatch your lots once your payment has cleared, and your invoice shows when they have shipped. Delivery times depend on your area and the courier.
Collection
- Collect your lots free of charge from us in Potchefstroom.
- Choose collection on your invoice and pay as usual, then bring your invoice number when you come to collect.
Paying
Log in to ogga.co.za and pay on your invoice page, by card or EFT through Paystack, within 3 working days of the auction closing. Your invoice shows the exact due date. We never email payment links, so always pay on our site.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not as described, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with your invoice number and a few photos, and we will put it right. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
